[TrunkCom] more developments with Macomb County MPSCS

Hi everyone, today with the Macomb County  frequency, I heard not only a
CQPSK control channel, but on both 866.425 & 866.4375 I heard some OpenSky
data.  I don't know what the arrangements will be, but in addition to
OpenSky and Macomb County, Windsor Ontario's Police also use 866.4375 as a
frequency.  The OpenSky data appears to be coming from southeast Oakland
County, and as far as the CQPSK controler I haven't heard any activity in
CQPSK, but also MPSCS has another standard C4FM cc that is active there as
well.  I don't know what the progress is or anything like that.
