[TrunkCom] Lower mainland EDACS system with live audio

Wasn't there a rule that stated something like that if
you are a third party listener that you cannot 
divulge what you hear?  Was that in the original
1930ish version or later versions that would
incoporate the 1986 ECPA rules and regulations?
