[TrunkCom] Lower mainland EDACS system with live audio?

Hi everyone, I was just checking  radioreference.com her as I've got a few
extra minutes here, and I see that the EDACS system in use in British
Columbia has an audio link to it.  I had thought my understanding was that
it was all ProVoice?  I just listened for a few minutes as I am at the
hospital here, but I just heard some fire coms.  Are fire and rescue
analogue and other users digital?
