[TrunkCom] Pro-96 and SCAT EDACS?

Well, I'll give it a listen when I am there, and see if I can tell.
There's pleanty to listen to on other systems/frequencies.  I asked this
on another list, and how do all the bands do at sea with regard to skip?
The other list I asked on was about AM/FM DX and I know that I'll hear a
lot o of Cuba on those bands, but what about VHF/UHF/800 MHz?
