[TrunkCom] band conditiona this last weekend

Well, 106 is close to the boarder.  Did you get 701, which is the CQPSK
Detroit cite?  How about a 3600 BAUD system with 801C?  Those toher 200
cites are more further from the boarder, but the 106 cite I wouldn't b e
too surprised about.  I didn't get the other cites in Michigan that are
CQPSK and the next nearest is in Flint.
