While out in the wee hours of the morning yesterday (Friday morning), I
was out doing my paper route with my PRO-96 and stock duck antenna. I
was able to pick up trunked system sites from Michigan, Ohio, Ontario,
Canada, and even one site of the Indiana SAFE-T system from Pulaski County.
Mind you, though, that I'm in Ashtabula County, Ohio (Extreme NE Ohio).
While the PRO-96 was hooked up to my outdoor antenna, I was able to pick
up several distant Ohio MARCS, Michigan MPSCS, Ontario, Canada Fleetnet
sites. In addition, I even had 2 out of several known sites for the
Toronto GO Transit system from Toronto Canada.
