Each State is pretty much divided up into Counties by
the Database except Louisiana, they are divided by
Parishes. Same concept except one is based on English
law and the other is based on French law.
Just click on the above link and then look for
"Other Statewide Frequencies in Ohio"
Then click on Railroads.
