Hey Scott and Group,
Where does MI get all the dollars from? I
thought that they were a Rust Belt state too. Am I
missing something here? Is their economy that much
more better?
Is Detriot actually on the MI system or are they
linked into it? Wouldn't that put too much of a load
on the statewide system?
