Not sure which "over the air encryption" you mean. Is it OTAR you're  
talking about? or the regular voice encryption (AES, DEF-OFB)?

Both seem to be working good up here in AK on the ALMR system, our  
system keeps growing in terms of size and users, it might rival yours  
in Michigan pretty soon!  ;)
