I'm just curious the 396's program is like that of the BC250D? I had
thought about this unit, but the 250D has some areas that are hard for
someone who is blind to program. I also am putting off purchasing
something new until there sis some scanner out there that does a better
job of handling the P-25 systems with CQPSK modulation, like what some
simulcast cites have in Michigan and in other areas.
