[TrunkCom] can we decode encryption?

The PRO-94 will track that system, but you'll only hear analog
transmissions (Public Works and the like). Police, Fire, and EMS use
digital, so to hear them you'll have to get a digital model.

Any encrypted talkgroups won't be monitorable, even with a digital
scanner. But according to the website, they're only using encryption on
certain detective talkgroups.
