Hi everyone, since Jim is from Montclair Township in New Jersey I checked
on the system  information there.  They have the ability to encrypt for
detective groups, but it looks like it is not used much and everything is
in the clear but digital, and you can monitor this  system with any radio
that will allow you to listen to APCO-25 groups and to ttrunktrack of
course.
