I have noticed that http://www.radioshack.com does
sell Uniden Radio scanners.

Also there is the BCT15 Uniden Radio Scanner, it looks
like the BCD996T but does NOT decode Digtial P-25,
that does NOT mean that it will Trunk Track them.  I
have a old Pro-92B ANALOG only radio scanner and yes
it does Trunk Track the 3600 Baub VSLEP Cleveland Ohio
TRS and the State Of Ohio MARCS Statewide TRS.  The
MAJOR problem is that you cannot listen to what they
are saying becasue it will NOT dedode 
Unencrypted P-25 Digital and the Cleveland Ohio TRS is
NOT an open system but a propriety System although one
can listen to it on the Internet but one cannot select
which talk groups to listen to.
