[TrunkCom] can we decode encryption?

I dont need to waste my time with the FBI or NSA! If the encryption code is 
specific to one and only one police dept, then they probably do not have that 
info either!!!!! So don't be a wise ass!
I had asked a simple question and there are really nice people on this list 
that informed me that is is illegal and that the system might not even be 
encrypted it could simply be digital. These are nice people that are willing to 
help someone like me that did not understand the full meaning and definition of 
encryption, unlike you sir , a wise ass with an unwillingness to be nice and 
just tell me that it is illegal!
