[TrunkCom] can we decode encryption?

Ha ha.  That is funny. :-) :-)

Besides do NOT feel so bad.  There is one drawback
that comes to mind.  NOT only can you NOT hear this
system but surrounding agencies might NOT either
unless they are willing to pay the extra dollars to
get the key.  There goes Interop..
