[TrunkCom] can we decode encryption?

Hi Jim, if you get one of the newer digital capable scanners you can
monitor it, but you have to be sure it is not encrypted. I take it that
there are no analogue users on this system? These systems have the
capability of using analogue, but many do not. For example, the system in
my area can use analogue, but there are no analogue talk groups on it now.
In fact, we may be going to Project-25, 9600 BAUD which doesnt' support
any analogue, but just clear or encrypted digital.
