[TrunkCom] new kind of EDACS in use in Maryland

Hi everyone, I was reading on radioreference.c om about an EDACS system in
Maryland that was at first thought to have been using the ESK, but now
this is a new form of EDACS that lists the control channel as "LCN-0."
This is not ESK, but it will allow for more user IDS and maybe more talk
groups.  Does anyone know what this is, and how it differs from
traditional EDACS?
