[TrunkCom] Getting new digital scanner

What will the 996 have on it? I went with the Pro-96 because it was more
user friendly for someone who is visually impaired. I was going to
mention in my last post there are a few SMR systems in that area that are
LTR, and Homewood's public safety is LTR standard.
