Hello again all,

First Happy Holidays to  everyone.

Second.  Was taking a look at the colorado state police  system and  noticed 
that many counties and towns are joining up.   How do they do  that.  How do 
the 
municipalities pay for  equiptment.  Sure wish they  would do that here in  
Connecticut.  But alas the digital trs is only for   CSP.
