Shawn,

I've been using AOL for 11 years now and have very few problems. Part of the 
reason might be because I'm using a Mac and not a PC/Windows for the net. When 
cable/DSL comes down in price I will consider switching. Until then I'm 
pretty happy with AOL.

As for Starcom 21, one suburb of Chicago has received their starcom radio 
however the actual signal coverage is not there as of yet.
