Jim,

If no one has told you yet, you can go to the Starcom 21 Yahoo group and 
subscribe. The address is:

The list is a little slow but so is the deployment of Starcom. That said, 
there are several downstate people that are currently monitoring the system 
however nothing in the suburban Chicago area as of yet.
