[TrunkCom] Starcom21 systems in Illinois

     My name is Jim Jinkens, I am a 65 year old man, I live in southeast Iowa at Ft. Madison, I recently purchased a BC976D Uniden scanner.   I am interested in learning about the Starcom21 system being started in Illinois.  I monitor the Highway Patrol, Sheriff, City police and ambulance frequencies.
