[TrunkCom] Clinton County EDACS upgrades

Both Clintons were popular, isn't the Clinton County, Ohio system
Motorola?  i don't know about Clinton County NY.  It may be a far try even
on a good night, but I have heard Clinton County, Michigan's EDACS system
here in Detroit with rasonable reception, but as I said there has to be a
good band opening, and this summer there has been a fair amount.  I
haven'tyet tried to snag the two new cites, but I will as soon as I update
my Pro-96!
