[TrunkCom] another radio training related question

Hi everyone, it has been a while since I have posed a question about radio
training. It has been a long time since I've seen a position that I think
I may qualify for. However, this morning on another group someone from
Sytech Corporation indicated that they were looking for individuals to
provide radio training classes in different parts of the country. This
company sounds familiar and I think that when we moved to our trunked
system her in Grosse Poitne, Michigan in 2001 Sytech may have provided
some if not all of the training. I know that there were different
instructors for each area of training ranging from fixed end to end user
gear. I got my training on the XTS-3000 portable, and Astro Spectra
Mobile, and in the case of the dispatch terminals I had to just take very
careful notes as I haven't been able to come across someone who is using
these with screen reader software. I'm just wondering if anyone else has
dealt with Sytech, and if so do they train with multiple manufacturer
equipment I.E. Motorola and M/Acomm? Also, with regard to basic operation
with mobiles and portables now in use like the XTS-5000 has the basic
operations changed at all? I am able to operate the XTS-3000 very well,
and even have found a few tips and tricks to make it more user friendly
for someone who is visually impaired.
Also, with EDACS or OpenSky equipment, what is the learning curve
with learning how to operate this equipment? I remember that EDACS
portables are organized a whole lot differently from Motorola.
