[TrunkCom] determining VHF/UHF P-25 table settings for the Pro-96

Nope.  The 800 Mhz band was and will be channelized.
In the VHF and UHF band there are NO predetermined
channels.  So in the 800 band, when the Controller
tells the radio to go to 868.7125 it will go to
Channel 200 no matter what part of the country it is
in as long as 868.78125 is a part of the TRS.
MOTO VHF and UHF have to be set up in a different way
becasue there are NO set channels sort of like with
EDCAS and LTR.
