[TrunkCom] determining VHF/UHF P-25 table settings for the Pro-96

Hi  everyone, I have a question in regards to determining base and off set
frequency settings for the VHF/UHF Pro-96.  I know that the only reason
for there being a need for tables on the Pro-96 for VHF/UHF is because of
a glitch in the firmware of the radio.  I had someone ask about the new
P-25 system that is coming on line in Toronto that will be used by th
transit authority.
