Hi Scott, have you tried tuning the DSP in?  This is when you are on a
digital transmission you press and hold the number 9 and then after the
unit beeps twice move the thumb wheel up and down until you hear
something?  That's all I can think of, and of course you have to really be
carefull with the card and make sure you haven't touched the terminals.
