[TrunkCom] having a challenge with Pro-96 that is gradually improving

Hi everyone, I have been keeping tabs on the move for Detroit to the
MPSCS.  As I've posted here before they are using LSM modulation, and I am
still having a problem with coms cutting out in the middle of something.
I think that I have the right upgrade to the firmware, and with regard to
my location I am not that far from Detroit.
	As a side note, last night I heard a few officers who have both
UHF radios, and MPSCS radios mention they missed a call with the MPSCS
portable.
