[TRUNKCOM] Unusual PL????

Thanks Scott. I accidentally sent the original message to TRUNKCOM instead
of FEDCOM. In any event, thanks for the validation. This PL caught me by
surprise because it does not match any PL in my area. If it were a mutual
aid fire frequency for the neighboring county, I would expect it to be
203.5. Take care and have fun scanning!
