[TrunkCom] Indiana Safe-T and Ohio MARCS updates

Hi, I don't know when anyone will be linked with MPSCS since you guys are
all 3600 BAUD, and we are 9600 BAUD.  What is the situation in Kentucky?
I thought they were all conventional P-25 on UHF, ut used 800 MHz for
mobile data.
