[TrunkCom] Control Frequency Only Mode, 700 Megacycles, MOTO, EDACS, LTR

Hi jerry, I don't know how 700 mHz will be organized, but M/Acomm just
came out with a radio that will do EDACS, OpenSky, and P-25 trunked and
conventional Phase I.  This radio will work in 700 and 800 MHz, so I don't
know what is happening.   Here in michigan it is still a ways out.
