[TrunkCom] Control Frequency Only Mode

Hi Tom and the group. I've noticed that with Passport systems the data
stream keeps the frequency on the air longer. It makes it harder to scan
even conventionally. I've posted this question before, and that is can
some fo the LTR software work with the BC250D? I held on to mine because
it will do LTR.
