[TrunkCom] Indiana Safe-T and Ohio MARCS updates

Hi everyone, I was just reading that Delaware County, IN is planning on
upgrading their analogue TRS, and according to radioreference.com this
could be to Safe-T.  Does anyone know when Safe-T and Ohio MARCS will
upgrade to 9600 BAUD, and if there are plans for other systems across
Indiana and Ohio to merge into MARCS and Safe-T like they have  been doing
in Michigan?
