That is correct, Michigan is in Wave 4.
Michigan is also divided in to Region 21
and Region 54 (Southern Lake Michigan)
Region 54 includes parts of Illinois, Indiana,
Michigan, and Wisconsin. Interesting that Regiona 54
is made up of 3 States In Wave 1
(Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin) and 1 (Michigan)
State in Wave 44.

Also what is so special about the Southern ESMR Region
which resides within Wave 3. Does this have something
to do with Southern Linc? If so, then how does it
apply?
