[TrunkCom] trunked system updates in Michigan

Hi everyoen, I just was reading on radioreference.com that the new OpenSky
system in Oakland County is having problems, and that is no surprise.
Also, I hear that Clinton County is adding another cite to the EDACS
system there.  I had heard that they were having coverage issues, and
aren't doing anything until now.  Does anyone know where the new cite will
be?  I also noticed here on the Consumer's Energy System Cite nearest me
in Mt. Klemmens they were using several I-calls today around 1:00 and it
was just mainly rag chewing, but up until today I hadn't heard much until
then in the way of I-calls.  Does anyone know when they will upgrade
everything to ProVoice on that system?
