Well then, why don't they just rip it down as it has  just been a wasted
endever.  Has PSP used any voice coms on the OpenSky system, and what
about crosspatching for testing?  I can't figure out why Oakland County
opted to go OpenSky when all this has happened.  For those of you who are
not familiar with Oakland County, Michigan they have this MDT service
known as CLEMIS and they provide MDT services for all of SouthEastern
Michigan, and they were hoping to overhall the current type II TRS with
OpenSky, and they claim to be able to conserve frequencies when in fact
they have added more freqs and as for the CLEMIS MDTs that are not even on
800 MHz but are on UHF I don't know what the deal with that will be, but
like in PA they have pushed back and back with regard to the move to
OpenSky.
