Hi Jim, at present there is no scanner to listen to OpenSky. I don't know
what the deal is with the OpenSky systems here, but Oakland County is
taking their time with goinmg to OpenSky, and I have heard a mix of
things. Farmington Hills, which is in Oakland County is on the OpenSky
system, and I don't know if they have a patch to the VHF point to point
freq of 155.37, but the other day they were in the middle of something and
the state police was involved, but there was no patching from either VHF
or OpenSky to the state's digital system, and the Detroit buses have a UHF
OpenSky system, but I have been hearing coms from them on the Detroit
subsystem, and the dispatchers telling drivers to stick to using the 800
MHz radios, so I don't know what their deal is either.
