[TrunkCom] ID this system

Hi everyone, I have been hearing a control channel on 868.7125 MHz and I
am on the east side of Detroit, MI.  Before the City of Detroit's system
was merged into MPSCS it obviously was a 3600 BAUD system using that freq,
but this system is coming in clear and a check of radioreference.com
doesn't show any systems around me.  Any more information on this would be
helpful, and tahnks in advance.
