[TrunkCom] Pro-96 upgrades and repairs

Good afternoon everyone.  I think that I may have found the culprit for my
troubles with the Pro-96 and the trouble I have had with monitoring
Detroit's MPSCS subsystem.  When I took the radio in this morning I had a
loose antenna connector and that solder joint that Jerry posted about some
months back, but when I got to Radio Shack the man told me that I only had
Version 1.0 of the firmware, and last summer when I tried to update to 1.2
my computer gave me a message telling me that I had already been updated,
and it gave me the option of performing the update anyway, and looking
back I probably should have, but I am wondering has anyone had this
problem when upgrading with  the Pro-96,  and once you have upgraded how has
your local LSM enabled system come in?  I am half way between two of the
cites in Detroit with their system, and  was surprised when this was an
issue with the Pro-96.
