[TrunkCom] problems with both Detroit's 911 and the MPSCS subsystem

Hi everyone, I have been still monitoring the Detroit MPSCS subsystem, and
in the past few days there have been complaints of calls being missed and
there was a major story on the news last night about the 9-1-1 phone
system having problems, but there was no mention of radios.  Has anyone
heard anything from the radio end of things?
