[TrunkCom] Michigan Department of Transportation EDACS system off the air?

Good evening folks, while doing some programming with my Pro-96 I noticed
that the Michigan Department of Transportation's EDACS system seems to
have aparently been taken off the air.  Does anyone konw when this
happened, and I haven't heard any COMS on MPSCS that are sounding like
MDOT, and what lead me to discover that MDOT was gone is that this
afternoon I was working in another folder in my Pro-96 and while
programming it discovered no control channel, so I'm assuming that it's
out of service.  I also have programmed in the MPSCS sites in District II
in this other folder excluding the ones in Macomb County which is the
strongest here in Grosse Pointe just to see what other activities are out
there.  Any information on MDOT would be great, and thanks in advance.
