[TrunkCom] a couple of new LTR trunked systems in the area

Hi everyone.  I was just reading on the radioreference.com homepage, and 
there are a few new LTR trunked systems in the area.  Both the schools in 
Detroit and Northville are using LTR passport systems?  When is Detroit 
going to move everything over there to the new system, and will security 
still use Repeater System's LTR system for some operations?  Also, what 
about Northville Schools?  Have hhey or will they be moving to the new LTR 
system for them?
