[TrunkCom] LTR standard and passport trunking

This one is a 3-channel system, and we had an LTR system in Michigan that
had two sites, and each site was a different channel and users tended to
stick to their own talk groups, so I don't know if they were linked
together, but I think that they were, but of course that system's freqs were
taken over by Nextel.
