[TrunkCom] LTR standard and passport trunking

Well, this TRS also is on 462.600 as one frequency, and i even heard some
data bursts for LTR yesterday, and just today I heard more, and now can
identify the users of the LTR system here. There may be others, but as of
right now I have only identified the one.
