[TrunkCom] LTR standard and passport trunking

There must be a mix up here as I have been hearing this system  on these
FRS radios, and I have looked up all the freqs for this system, but aren't
GMRS and FRS sharing some freqs?  I haven't had a chance to monitor this
portion of the band that much as I said, and posted a long time ago that I
have heard some LTR coms on there from different systems and this one
seems to be one as they've made mention of areas of this building in
downtown Detroit.
