[TrunkCom] LTR standard and passport trunking

Hello again everyone.  A few months ago I posted about hearing an LTR 
trunking system on an FRS radio frequency, and I have narrowed it to being 
Renaissance Center Public Safety's LTR trunking system as they have a 
frequency on 462.600 which I think is an FRS freq, but I'm not sure as I 
don't have the list in front of me with those freqs and don't monitor or use 
that much, but what I was wondering what is the difference between standard 
LTR and Passport LTR?
