[TrunkCom] mixed results with reception of the new Detroit TRS.

Hi everyone, here in Grosse Pointe where I am I have had mixed results with 
reception of the new Detroit TRS.  I don't live as close to the boarder of 
Detroit as I used to, and the audio cuts in and out from my home location, 
but in other areas it has worked fine.  Now, I can't be for sure about my 
Pro-96 with the upgrade, but without this upgrade I take it I would not hear 
anything?  Also, how are the rest of you receiving these LSM cites froma 
distance?
    According to radioreference.com the first use for Detroit will be in a 
few  weeks with the major leigue game, and the fire department and EMS will 
be on there shortly, and I'm assuming this will involve a patch to the VHF 
freqs for a period of time.  I was just wondering what the rest of you have 
heard?
