[TrunkCom] determining base and offsets for a VHF/UHF Motorolatrunking system

[Jeff Kenyon]

I'll try and see what I get, I might get more frequencies too for this
system.  FYI the control channel doesn't change at midnight on this
system, and last night it didn't seem to be that busy.
