[TrunkCom] new Detroit trunked system update and question

Hi everyone, I've been hearing more activity on the new Detroit trunked 
system, and it turns out my Pro-96 is CQPSK ready, and this morning and 
yesterday I heard what sounds like radio training on the system using the 
868.5375 freq, as the control freq, and then the other system using 868.725 
that is just regular APCO-25.  Does anyone know when they'll start moving 
people to the system?  When I listened a while ago they had training and 
were talking about channel grants, and I also heard some encryption.  I'm 
not sure to what extent the encryption will be used, but am hoping and 
praying that it will be just for sensitive  operations.
