[TrunkCom] Help programing my pro96

I just purchased a Pro 96 scanner having problems programing. I got my freqs. from Scannerstuff So. Cal. Freq. Directory. The radio picks up the data freq. fine it shows the talk group. It only opens up for audio once in a while with a digital freq. that is scambled? What am missing or haven't done? Thanks in advance Larry F. KE6EDR  PS. San Diego County RCS
